DOSAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

CONTRADICTIONS AND PRECAUTIONS:

• Myocardial ischemia and infarction has been seen with use of Regorafenib use. Hold therapy in patients who develop new or acute onset cardiac disease (ischemia) or acute myocardial infarction.
• GI perforation or fistula has been reported rarely with Regorafenib use.
• Impaired wound healing may occur with vascular endothelial growth factor receptor inhibitors, such as Regorafenib. Thus, a temporary suspension of therapy is recommended at least 2 weeks before elective surgery. Resume Regorafenib therapy based on clinical judgement of adequate wound healing. Discontinue therapy in patients who develop wound dehiscence.
